We normally ship within business 1-3 days. Delivery happens within 2-7 days max.
Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates:
- We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within India.
- Please note that we only ship within India and do not provide In-store pickup services.
Reverse Pickup:
- We also offer complimentary reverse pickup services. If you need to return an item, please create a return request, and we will arrange for the pickup at no additional cost to you.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number.
- Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name, email, mobile number and order number, and we will promptly investigate the matter for you.
